WHY DO WE NEED CITIZEN PATROL? Every day some crimes are committed all around us. As a Citizen Patroller we hope to cut down on crimes in our neighborhood. The Police can not be in all neighborhoods at one time. We as an extra set of eyes and ears can help to let the Police know when something does not seem right. We call 911.
